The change of the main contractor for the Pokfield Road Campus Development project (Project) for the University of Hong Kong (HKU) was completed in the end of February 2025. The main contractor for Phases 1 and 2 of the Project is now “Lanon-Able JV”. The new main contractor has completed the handover and is continuing with the foundation works. According to the latest estimate, the Project will be completed in phases starting from Q2 2027 and the overall project expenditure is within budget. The HKU will continue to closely monitor the project progress and expenditure.
